VoltCRM Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 7, 2025
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VoltCRM platform, website (www.VoltCRM.net)
applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Thunderbolt Sales Systems, LLC (“Thunderbolt,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using VoltCRM, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use VoltCRM. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To access VoltCRM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities under your account.
Immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Thunderbolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.
4. Use of Services
VoltCRM is designed for business use to manage marketing, communication, automation, and AI tools. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and not to:
Use VoltCRM to send spam, deceptive, or illegal messages.
Upload or share content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
Misuse AI, chat, or voice features to collect or share sensitive personal data.
Thunderbolt may monitor and audit system activity to ensure compliance.
5. Subscription, Payments & Renewals
VoltCRM operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan, including taxes.
Authorize Thunderbolt or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Maintain accurate billing information.
All payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, or downgrades.
If you fail to pay, Thunderbolt may suspend or terminate access to your account until payment is received.
6. Free Trials & Promotions
Thunderbolt may offer limited-time free trials or promotional pricing.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate these offers at any time without notice.
7. AI Tools & Automations
VoltCRM includes AI-driven chat, email, and voice automation tools. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:
AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate.
You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance of all AI outputs with your business policies and applicable laws.
Thunderbolt disclaims liability for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. User Content
You own all content you upload or create within VoltCRM (“User Content”).
You grant Thunderbolt a limited license to store, transmit, and process your content solely to provide the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
9. Data Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.VoltCRM.net/privacy-policy
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, designs, and technology within VoltCRM are owned or licensed by Thunderbolt Sales Systems, LLC.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on VoltCRM without prior written consent.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your VoltCRM account or by contacting [email protected] Thunderbolt may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Fail to pay subscription fees.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately, and Thunderbolt may delete your data after a reasonable period.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
VoltCRM and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Thunderbolt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, uptime, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Your use of VoltCRM is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thunderbolt and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of:
Use or inability to use VoltCRM.
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Errors or omissions in AI-generated responses.
In no event shall Thunderbolt’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months of service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thunderbolt, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of VoltCRM, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Modifications to Services or Terms
We may modify VoltCRM or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on www.VoltCRM.net/terms
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
